Corporate Initiatives and Solutions
The Corporate Initiatives and
Solutions Branch, as part of the Talent Management Division, is a
key player in leading the design and development of some critical
programs, products and/or processes outlined in the Corporate Human
Resource Plan. The branch is responsible for products that shift
the way that public service managers manage their employees to
create more effective working relationships between employees and
their supervisors. The goal of the branch is to foster excellent
human resources management in the BC public service.
Learning Services
Learning
Branch provides ongoing leadership, management and workforce
development through our many learning programs.
Executive Recruitment
and Retention Strategies
The branch provides recruitment services
and consulting for ML6 to ML12 based on the client's defined need.
Full service recruitment is provided for the executive levels to
attract and retain top leadership talent for the public service.

Strategic Working Planning guides
Ministries and the Public Service Agency in making human resource
management and development decisions that meet both immediate human
resource needs and the broader strategic needs of the public
